The prices range from Rs. 5,000/- per Sq. yard to Rs. 30,000/- per Sq. yard depending on the location of the plot. As these prices have almost peaked to the top, there may not be much appreciation in the value. But if any one is planning to start construction immediately, these locations are to be thought of.
